Topic: Connection problem

I'm having some problem connection to the solidoodle 3

Stuck on "X Command Waiting" massage.
Try resetting, re-install software several time but still get the same error.

Win 7, connected to serial port (COM7), baud rate 250000.
This is the first time i'm connecting to the printer, please help.
