Topic: Just got my solidoodle 2

So I just received my solidoodle 2 in the mail and I cant get it to respond to the repetier program. I have followed the steps for both my mac and windows, but nothing will heat up or respond. I can't figure out what is wrong and I thought someone could help me.

Have you set the correct ComPort under Printer Settings?

By default it is on Virtual Printer, you need to change this to the ComPort that is correct for your printer.

I tried both com ports on my windows, and i tried the virtual on my mac.
