Topic: Removing carriage rods....

I am working on a x-axis carriage mod that will require removing the rods from the endmounts.

I see that they are glued in somehow.  Has anyone successfully removed these without entirely destroying the mounts?

BV3D has some new x ends if you break yours. However this requires a custom x-carriage so you are kinda back to the same point.

Sorry, not many of us have gotten into modding that part of the machine.  You can search "x-axis" and see what you find, but that's as much as I can suggest.
