Topic: First prints. Need some tips for adjustment to correct print errors.
Can someone help me and tell me how to fix these problems.
Pic 1 you can see it looks as if the nozzel was pushing into the model. I slowed down the feedrate and adjusted the z home slightly. It seemed to help.
Pic 2 you can see some distortion in my second print on th right. 25x25mm test cube. What is causing this distortion.
On the right of pic #2 there is the line down the side of the object. Should I chose random start point to get rid of this?
Pic3 Merica cookie cutter didn't work out so well. How do i fix this? More perimeters?
Pic 5 you can see the top layer is a little distorted. also my ends were curled a little. I'm thinking an enclosure and fan will help?
Please be harsh and judge my first prints. Tell me what I am doing wrong/how to improve.
I plan to add an enclosure.
Fix the Z slop.
add cooling fan.
