My printer has never been able to print a large thing properly and I don't know why, It's been giving me a lot of problems when i try to print a large object and this just happened!, It froze out of the blues so i don't know what to do anymore.. to fix it I'm even thinking on throwing the god damn printer away!

Don't give up.. It might be a comm error.  Try another print, and when it fails, hit emergency stop in Repetier.  It will give information regarding the error so you can see what exactly it is.  I have had the same problem and its always a comm error on the port I had to connect with.  Change usb ports if you can.  Internal windows error.

Re: Printer stops out of the blues.

or it can be the problem of the +5v usb..

Fluctuations on the USB voltages can cause random skips even when the trimpots are correctly adjusted. In this case, it is possible to cut the 5V USB line as described here: http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?158,1 … msg-123850
