SD3, E3D hotend,linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.

thanks,  it was one of the first thing I printed when I got my sd3

I just ordered a new PEEK for mine.  I highly recommend mounting a full time fan on the insulator.

Why the full time fan? Things getting too hot?

I'm curious about this too.  So far, I haven't noticed any PEEK temperature issues.

Mine was getting melted plastic up to the Teflon liner, and finally jammed for good.   I usually print at 235, which might be 5c too high.  The print temp is close enough to the fail temp that it isn't too hard to get too hot if you get a wide temperature swing.    A fan makes it a little harder to screw up.
