Peek melted what should I do

this is the second hotend I have had trouble with in 2 months.
I tuned the pid. Printed an MK4 and when I went to put the hotend in the new holder
I noticed this.
Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem.

Is their a better hotend ?
