Topic: Perimeter ugliness

I started a 10 hour print this morning, and two hours into it, i had to cancel it because of the outer perimeter ugliness. Take a look at the pic. What could be causing this? I think it maybe the filament diameter was not correct, which was way off I just learned, but I need another opinion.
.3mm, 3 perimeters, 60% infill, 190c. The Julia vase from thingiverse.

For my, its looks as Z-wobble

I think it's both z-wobble *and* an under-calibrated flow rate.  The Z-Wobble is causing the layers to be uneven in height, and the flow rate is slow low that the tallest layer is higher than the width of the filament coming out so that it delaminates.  Suggest both calibrating the flow and using z-wobble firmware compensation.

I would also suggest, if extruder hasn't been calibrated to also level the bed and set the z stop.

Definitely under extrusion.

Printing at 195 will help with your de-laminating

Re: Perimeter ugliness

Thanks for all the help. It was the temp and filament diameter setting was off. The black from Octave changed on me, drastically.

I would always measure the filament in several places every time its a new roll or a roll you don't use for a while  to make sure its ok.  I have noticed reading through these forums that is the most common mistake, the filament settings.
