Topic: is the new davinci 1.0A firmware safe

I reset my cartridges. Would any of the new firmware pose a problem to this?

It depends on how you are resetting.  I was using an older Arduino sketch, and the firmware could detect that it was reset, and made the prints look like crap.

A newer sketch I found worked slightly better, but flashing Repetier was ultimately my solution.

Da Vinci 1.0a.  Repetier 0.92.  E3D V6.  Titan Extruder.  Sllic3r.  Octoprint on Raspberry Pi B+.
