Topic: Simplify3D Customer Service

Another S3D question......

I have never (not even once) received a reply from them when I've filled out a tech support form.

Is this "normal" for them?

I'm scratching my head wondering how they could get by with not answering tech support requests?

They are a family outfit I hear....maybe they've had a family emergency?

Ok, here's the deal.

They do not answer inquiries submitted via their website.  Maybe because of spam.

To contact them use [email protected]

They answer quickly that way.
