Topic: Help! "Filament Jam" but samples work!

Hi, suddenly I've been getting a "Filament Jam" error in my DaVinci 2.0A.
I unloaded and loaded my cartridges again and I have the same error.
However, then I tried printing a demo through the menu in the printer and it printed just fine, and the error only comes up if I try to print using XYZWare.
Anyone know what to do?

well not the same issue but solution MAY work.
I had an issue where the print bed would not heat if I used the XYZ ware but the samples printed fine.
I uninstalled everything thru windows, then I searched the registry for every key related to XYZ and manually deleted them.
I then reinstalled all software from the disk, followed by updating the software thru the net.
It worked after that.

That said, the last firmware update bricked my printer and I shipped it back under warranty for replacement.
So there is that.
