My printer stopped all of sadden during the print

Hi everybody

I am new to this forum and also used the xyz printer the second time!
My first print had a great outcome so I decided to test it to his full limits and tried it to use the whole capacity of printing area.

I set up a print which takes approximately 60 hours. after aprox. 24 hours it stopped and the nozzle went to his home position.
I wonder why this happened?
My question is:
Is there any way to just continue the print after a long stop?
The print on its own looks great so far and I don't see anything wrong with it.
I heart  that it's possible to stop the print and change the filament so I believe there must be a way to continue the print?

Highly appreciate any help or suggestions.
