Its contagious lol anywase,  After the cleaning i can feel filament that is extruded is not completely smooth and at extruding temp when its not extruding alot is coming out at the end like its melting to fast but i havent changed the temp

Re: Prints feel like sandpaper after i acetone cleaned nozzle

It looks like you may be overextruding.
A few tips:
*Calibrate your extruder and make sure the filament diameter on your slicer matches the material currently being fed
*Tweaking the extrusion multiplier and retraction settings would help as well will help

Also, better pics couldn't hurt wink

Re: Prints feel like sandpaper after i acetone cleaned nozzle

Sorry for late reply but i was waiting for some new abs just in case the other one was wet. I order IC3d natural filament im sure this is  quality stuff but im still geting the same result as if the filament was wet, and ugly burnt and rough to the touch prints

Re: Prints feel like sandpaper after i acetone cleaned nozzle

I would get a set of micro drill bits and use one as close as possible to nozxle size and insert by hand into the hot nozzle and give it a few turns. You could have some sort of burr. Just be carful not to flex the bit even the tiniest bit. Tungsten carbide breakes very easily when it is that small.

Ok i attached a image of the strand that comes out when i extrude it. Its a little but lumpy and smoke comes out when its extruded.

Re: Prints feel like sandpaper after i acetone cleaned nozzle

Looks like moisture in the filament to me, but you said it was new. Although I have got new stuff that apparently was not packed or stored correctly at the manufacturer and it had moisture in it.
