Topic: solid support (no really)

I know everyone knocks solidoodle support, but I like them I see that they are a small team trying to give us awesome printing experience.  This is not a paid advert but they are giving me an exchange because they give a crap. Granted they stilll take a little bit to answer support emails but they do follow up.

Re: solid support (no really)

I've also received a good service, it just took longer than expected.

Here's the trick: check your submitted support ticket and send another message in that thread if it's closed.
Apparently their system closes tickets if there is no reply for some time. I know, their system is bad, but I'm guessing that's all they have. Especially when they are swamped with support tickets currently.
