Printing quality and problems

So I have spent a good ammount of time looking through the posts and such and trying to see if anyone else has has my problem. When I try to print something with supports just about every single time the supports start moving when the extruder passes it. No matter what I have done it continues to happen. But continuously every time it passes a support usually a good majority of them when it prints on them even when i make them solid supports with thick shells it will move them when it prints on them. I'm not too sure how to use other softwares maybe that could help me if I knew how to and if it would which software would be recommended?

What I use for settings:
- .1 layer height
- XYZ software
- The default slow print speed on the software
- Thick shells
- 50% to 90% thick density
