Re: Solidoodle 2 seems to be resetting

Well I did an verify again and noticed the verify stops at the same point byte number it gives me an error.
it does say done uploading.
but i am now noticing it resets every time I shift the printer so something have to be loose or something.
but only when it is right side up, when i have it on its side it doesn't

Its good to hear that you may have successfully reflashed your board! (We'll know for sure later)  Your description does make it sound like a loose connector now.  I would probably start with the USB connector on the board since it is famous for becoming loose.  Try to hold the cable near the board in different directions and see if that helps.  When laying on the side, the cable may have tension in a different direction than when it is upright.

Re: Solidoodle 2 seems to be resetting

that is the strange thing. I wiggled it around to see if it would reset and nothing. I shook the entire printer back and forth nothing.
I flip it over again it works again.
I start a print on it everything going great..then it just stop dead mid print still..

Ok - something else worth checking is your power options if you have a laptop.  Change the power to never go to sleep as long as it is plugged in.  If you're using a desktop don't worry about this and keep looking for loose connectors.

Is there anything in the com log after it stops?

Nothing in the com logs from what I can see just stops.
It is on the desktop.
I had to use ABS Juice and some blue painter tape to get some ABS to print on my printerbot.
