Would it not depend on what size your printing? The standard setting are okay I have found only slight changes to temps for larger models and that's it really
I am just looking for the speeds
I've found the standard ones work fine
I could never get to grips with the slic3r speed settings, always seemed too fast no matter what settings I used.
I gave up on it and mostly use Cura now, much easier to work with.

Could you post your cura settings
These are fairly typical settings I use. You may need to go a bit slower for small prints.
Thanks
I tried printing with those settings but the print came out deformed any ideas
Any photos ?
I'll post some in a few

That looks pretty small. Try reducing the speed to about 15mm/s.
You might also need to use a layer fan.
If it still isn't right, drop the speed again.
Ok so I tried lowering the speed to 15mm/s it came out pretty much the same I took a video to show what is happening. It looks like it is moving the plastic around after it lays it down. Have a look here. http://youtu.be/5TrSMpk6Hzg
I just changed the resolution from .1mm to .3mm and it is MUCH better. What settings do you use for .1mm (if you have any)
Have you used the manual calibration method?? If its moving the layers it may be slightly off I know that happened to me
I don't use any special settings for 0.1mm.
That still looks a bit fast for a print as small as that. Did you reduce the travel speed too ?
There's another trick you can try with small prints. Print 2 or more of the same file.
That'll give the layers more time to cool and should give better results.
Or like I said before, use a fan to cool the layers as they print.
It looks like the layers in your print are being moved around as they haven't had time to cool and are still soft.
