Topic: tip won't heat.

Ive been using this resetter. Never had any problems until now.  When I make a print the bed heats fine but the tip won't. I set my bed to 95 and my tip to 235 but the tip stays at room temp. OK now if I go to utilities and do a insert or remove cartridge it works fine. Any help on what to do?

The Da Vinci in stock form can't heat to 235, that is it's preset high limit. The machine thinks it is going over limit so it is shutting down the heating circuit for safety. Try setting it to 230 and it will probably work.

Re: tip won't heat.

Are you using the stock firmware because max temp is 230

Da Vinci  AiO with firmware 1.1.1 using xyzscan 1.1.18
E3Dv6 hotend with custom carriage with Borosilicate glass bed
123D Design and Simplify3D, Replaced PS with a Solidgear Flex320
Zerokart resetter,  Installed a Extruder Controller for higher temps

True, if stock you would need to set at 225 max or an overshoot could shut it down.

When I mentioned to OP to raise their temp due to seperation I was not aware they where on stock and just using a resetter.  I thought since they could change temps they had flashed.
