Topic: Firmware 1.1.j - what files should be on the Card - 0040

I have don over 200 hrs of printing. Went do one tonight and get the 0040 error/issue.
Took the SD card out and reseated it. Still getting the error...with 0013 occassionally (heatbed max temp...but its cold as it was off).
On the card are Gcodes and a DAT file.
Should there be anything else? eg a bin file
I downloaded the fw 1.1.J bin file and copied it on. Should I have extracted the bin file or something?

I have done the dremel cut out mod so I can access the SD card. I have found the push the SD card ALL the way gives me the 0040 error. If I pull it back about 1mm the 0040 goes away...But then I get the 0013 error about max heat bed temp...its as cold as.

I posted the files on my sdcard - look for my post (I forgot which one...)  Probably won't help your situation, though.
