I have found the push the SD card ALL the way gives me the 0040 error. If I pull it back about 1mm the 0040 goes away...But then I get the 0013 error about max heat bed temp...its as cold as.

Took the SD card out and reseated it. Still getting the error...with 0013 occassionally (heatbed max temp...but its cold as it was off).
On the card are Gcodes and a DAT file.
Should there be anything else? eg a bin file
I downloaded the fw 1.1.J bin file and copied it on. Should I have extracted the bin file or something?
