Topic: Aaaaaaaaaggghhhh!! X-Axis Problem Now!

OK, on to the next problem.

My X-Axis has a shifting issue, but I don't think it's the usual one. If it is travelling left to right, it pauses for a fraction of a second, like a stutter. It always seems to be in more or less the same position, around 60mm from the right side of the bed. It's a tiny pause, but it's like the printer thinks it has continued moving during the pause, because it then stops early, causing the right wall of the item to shift left a bit between layers.

Hard to explain, but anyone have any ideas?

That could be it actually. Now I think about it, I have just had to repair the extruder motor wire and now you've said that I think I remember reading somewhere that can mess up your voltages. I'll try that. Thanks.
