Press Broken/error

Hi is there some one who can help me out. I was using my press for the first time when half way though the printing I had a major extruding error. so I stopped it thinking that was the best thing to do. I tried my best to fix the print than resumed. the print started from the beginning and then hit my print. The extruder and x axia was making klick and clack noises. I quickly stopped the print is would not stop so I decided to shut the printer down. Later I tried a simple square outline when the extruder stopped in place and extruded a big blob. does anyone out there have any ideas other than return or get new parts? Thanks
