One of the first things I got was a quality, metal scraper. The included plastic one was sheer junk.
I always use a pair of wire cutters.
Okay just trying to get everyone opinion to get the tools for anything I can think of type of thing
I find a good pair of needle nose pliers are a must. They can be used for many things. Also a quality THIN metal scraper and some exacto knives.
I've found a dental pick kit and a welder's pin vise drill to be very useful for both cleaning up printed pieces and the printer.
Apologies for hijacking the thread.
@ team3; I was wondering how well your painter's tape works for you.
This is the first instance I've seen of someone who uses it with the Da Vinci.
I wanted to experiment with it myself but haven't got around to it because the UHU has been good enough so far.
No its fine letting every one say which tools they find useful feel free to discuss
Awesome! Thanks. I'll give it a go shortly then.
@ L.woinson95; I guess you could consider the tape part of the toolkit anyway ![]()
Sure will getting a shopping list together
haha
I have yet to see anybody list the Torx driver that virtually every screw on this thing requires. It's needed even for belt tensioning. It's a T10 for those whom may not know.
