Topic: first layer light spots weirdness

I've been getting this for a long time.
If it was moisture, it expect it to be more chaotic and not form spots and also be noticeable on other layers.

What is it?

Using glass and hairspray.

PS. Raft on Slic3r 1.1.7 sucks. Fill pattern makes no sense for a rectangle, also takes the numbers of "first later height", "first layer speed" and "first layer extrusion %", even though its not a "first layer", its a raft...

Looks like it hasn't adhered to the bed. Your bed could not be flat or there wasn't enough glue/hairspray to hold the first layer down.
