I thought that's all we were supposed to get. Would be great if they shipped me another spool for all the trouble this printer's been. :-D

When I requested to cancel my order after the 2nd delay, they said they will compensate me with a free spool of filament for waiting.
I selected a black filament and it was added on to my order.
My order status still says "Status: In Production"

During the $450 price point, they had a special going where you get a free spool of material with any printer purchase. The spool was on the same purchase but shipped separately at a different date.

when I ordered my Press, I did add an additional black filament. Got my Press with the limited free white spool. yet to received my additional filament. checking my order indicate in production as well, I guess they must be out of stock for black.

The white spool is a starter spool and came with every Press.
Solidoodle were giving away a full spool of choice to complainers and people wanting a cancel orders.

They are just slow. I ordered a spool of green filament as shown on their website when I ordered my press (first batch)... when I finally received it, it was "pine green" -- a completely different color and not at all useful to me.
I've asked for a replacement or refund, but they won't respond and keep closing my support cases. (EDIT: they did finally respond and arranged for a return.) Hopefully if you ever receive your black filament it is actually what you ordered.

Here's to hoping I get my filament soon and it has a better quality then the stuff that came in the press. Its very brittle, breaks during extrusion and then clogs the extruder head.
