Its very brittle, breaks during extrusion and then clogs the extruder head.

They are just slow.  I ordered a spool of green filament as shown on their website when I ordered my press (first batch)... when I finally received it, it was "pine green" -- a completely different color and not at all useful to me.

I've asked for a replacement or refund, but they won't respond and keep closing my support cases. (EDIT: they did finally respond and arranged for a return.)  Hopefully if you ever receive your black filament it is actually what you ordered.

The spool was on the same purchase but shipped separately at a different date.

I selected a black filament and it was added on to my order.
My order status still says "Status: In Production"
