Extruder Not Moving

Hi guys,

I have a Solidoodle 3 printer.  I set it to print a task and left the room, and when I came back it had successfully printed.  However, when I loaded up another task, sliced, and ran it, the extruder and bed did not move.  On the manual control tab, I could see the extruder thought it was executing code as it was displaying where the last code was executed as it does (however, much faster than normal), but it just sat their (and didn't extrude the amount of plastic it needed to make the project).  I went back and found that it would not respond to manually clicking it to move, although it would home.  I disconnected and re-connected and checked all the settings I know about.  Any thoughts?
