Z calibration doesn't work in Soliprint 1.1. Use Soliprint 1.0 instead.
Try some acetone on the glass bed?
Thanks! i didn't know about the software
I just used warm water to clean the glass. Obviously you remove it from the printer first.
Once clean, used a liberal spray of hairspray (only a few brands in Australia seem to work, and they're the expensive ones) and then slide the glass back in. The good thing with hair spray is that you just rinse under warm water to remove it when it gets messed up.

Could you share which ones you've used/recommend? I'm also in Aus, and it's always hard when people say to use certain brands and you can't source them locally, so it'd be great if you could share. This is day 3 of having my Press and I'm trying to remedy the adhesion problem.
The brand I use for printing is from Australia actually.
Brand: Aussie
Type: Instant Freeze
Strength: Extreme Hold
Also, I find this spray works best when applied right before printing. Not applied when cooled. That is when it is at its stickiest.
If you print without heating the bed, I get the best results with adhesion since I can literally spray this on 10 seconds before hitting Print.
It gets its best stick about half a minute to a minute in. At about 3 minutes it dries up and only serves its purpose midly when the bed is heated to 95c
