Hello,
I have a weird problem with my PLA prints. I can't get sharp outlines, it always become rugged. What am I doing wrong? I use BQ blue filament, print it on 200 C, bed heat is 90 C. Is the temperature to high? Or should I modify anything else?
There is one more thing.. When my print head changes direction, it prints too much filament.
Please help.
Could be several things but yes turn the temp down. try 190 c and 60 c for the bed.
Is your extruder calibrated ?

No I didn't calibrate the extruder, but I had perfect prints with it. The issue came up 2 days ago.
Looks to me like you may be printing just a hair too close to the bed. Evidence is the random swelling or pushing out of the outer perimeter. Back off the Z stop 1/4 turn at a time and take another pic from the same angle and lets see how that looks. It could be that your bed has just fallen out of height alignment due to breaking in or wear.
Sometimes prying too hard to get completed pieces off the bed can cause z-height variations. Ensure the springs are not binding, and are centered vertically. Then re-check Z height.
Guys, I recalibrated my Z-height, the problem still occurs. Lowering the bed temp to 70C had an effect on getting a better print, but still not as good as it should be. 
Solidoodle doesn't give a shit on answering my questions on their costumer support panel for 4 days.
Let's see an updated picture if you can. Some people think that just because they complete the paper test (slight drag when moving a sheet of paper under the nozzle) that their height is correct but it is more complex than that. It really takes a lot of time and patience to really dial in the first layer. As little as 1/4 turn can make the difference between too close and too far.
Also, what hot end mount are you using? All the calibration in the world won't help if your hot end is wobbling at all in the mount.
When I get back home, I'll post a picture.
I use the original mount.
