Topic: z axis not moving when printing

So i just got the solidoodle workbench and have had to fix a lot of problems but there is one i cannot get. During a print the z axis will not move after completing a layer which is a huge problem. I am running the latest repetier host and have a z offset of 5.1 mm.

Just to clarify the offset is -5.1mm

Can you move the bed manually in RH?

yes i can move it manually but just not when the code runs and i checked the code and there are z commands to move it up every layer
