Could you point me to this PARK setting you keep asking about? I have looked at my EEPROM setting and PRINTER settings and I do not see a PARK reference anywhere. I see HOME and max. length for the three AXIS but no PARK. As I said in the other thread PARK is a misused term and not really to my knowledge used in 3D printing.

I know I used the term once but I was trying to explain the difference from where the head sits at over the drip tray versus HOME which is where the printer actually begins the print. Which varies with printer designs. In the case of the Da Vinci HOME is above the drip tray so I may have confused you with that and I am sorry. Most printers don't have a drip tray and so home is usually set as a point just off of the print bed at a corner.

The park setting are under printer settings it says park position.   Any one know how to make the head move slow from the park position to home position? Mine moves much to quick for my liking

175 175 and 5 setting are way off for mine. it makes my head bang the side of the bed.  I guess I will keep trying different numbers

On a side note:if you have not done so  in RH config/preferences  check " Disable Quality Reduction"

For older computers or video cards they have an issue rendering the video real time of print progress and the 3D model. That settings reduces the video quality so it is not as hard on older cards or computers. It has nothing to do with your actual print or printer. If it is checked then it will use all the video resources it can towards rendering the 3d model in the host as well as rel time tool path tracking.

Not real sure why he mentioned it in this thread.
