Topic: odd new problem

Lately when I am printing just about anything  this happens. It will start printing ok then all of a sudden it will print just a horizontal line  across the  piece . In this case as picture shows it then start a second circle offset from the first.Really strange.I don't know what to look for to correct this. Any ideas?

update:I had adjusted the Vref on the Y stepper a bit. I took it back from there to what it was before and that looks like was the problem. I guess .1 V made the difference, but to me it's very strange.

Re: odd new problem

Yep looks like a step skip to me. Even the tiniest adjustment of the VREF trimpots can take you from ok to fantastic, especially if you happen to be running too hot.
