what are you all running in your setting for support material settings to make it come off better ?? 90 or 45

I set the offsets in repetier host in the x/y to somewhere between 0.3 and 0.8 mm and the z between 0.15 and 0.5mm. I assume you are referring to angle with 45 or 90, I actually usually set the overhang threshold to 60 degrees.

Also what shape do are you using for supports...Ive yet to use them but maybe somebody can chime in with pros and cons of some
