It happened to me in the beginning, but went away when I did a bed calibration. Might try that if it has not been done in a while. Im a beginner so may be better answers out there.

It could be possible your bed is too close to the nozzle and a bit of filament is rolling up on to the nozzle. The trick is there is getting close enough to get a proper stick but not so close that it is causing your problem. I use a feeler gauge to set my bed at .15 which is perfect for most of the print option the Da Vinci is capable. If you wanted to print a .1 or lower then you would need to go down to a .05 space. However I do not believe the Da Vinci is capable of .1 or less layer heights with the stock extruder and mainboard. It claims it can do it but I doubt the layers are actually .1 when measured.
yep like carl said. this only happens when the bed is too close to the nozzle .
