Topic: OOPs

It has been said we should learn from our mistakes. And it is even better to learn from the mistakes of others.
So in that vain I post a couple of stupid mistakes I recently made with my printer.
1) Hardware  when using a magnetic tip driver with interchangeable bits make sure the bit stays with the screwdriver after adjusting the set screws in the pulleys.  I happily adjusted a pulley attempted a test print and immediately heard a horrible sound the bit had stayed in the set screw jambed against the back wall of the printer and limited y movement to half a turn on the back rod. Duh I should know better.
2) software  it seemed the changes I made to Slic3r were not changing. Well it helps if you change the same profile that the program is using .

OK I feel stupid and laugh if it makes you feel better.
so I hope this post either helps someone from repeating my error and or gives someone a good laugh.
