Topic: getting very sloppy prints

I've made sure the bed is leveled and even started using a glass bed. But for some reason the quality of my prints has declined. Its like the layers will have a wave here and there. Im also using a fan on the new e3d v6. Curious if its the flowrate or something.

See how it looks like a layer is like missing? sometimes it will have little blobs and burs too.

Checked the tension on the belts?

A picture would be great.

Tits. I'm so terrible at posting. I finally added it and it's sideways
