Topic: Z axis Mystery... (Z files ?)

Hello

I have the strangest problem with the z axis.

in repetier to go up I have to press the"Z down" button.  (z-10) will go 10 up

When I press home or the "Z home" button.  The hight is not the same, and I have to press it several time hoping to get the right value it's very annoying to calibrate the first layer.

after long idle time between print, when I press "home" or "Z home" the print bed only lower itself, and the Z up and Z down button no longer work. if I press "Z home" the print bed will lower itself till I stop the printer with a hard reset. damaging the Z motor when it reach the bottom.

the Mboard is actively cooled" and I have a 450 w power supply. the motor a cool to the touch not burning hot.

To get the z axis working I had to re install repetier host.

Another problem is that the function park after print does'nt work.

All those problem started "some time" after  I switched to repetiter v1.
but now it's the same with the official solidoodle package.

Maybe a broken or loose wire on the Z limit switch. Might check that.I had a similar issue with the X limit switch.
