Topic: Helios 200 Heatbed kit quaestion

I'm thinking about upgrading my stock SD3 heatbed to a Helios 200 Heatbed kit, any thoughts on what issues I could run into?
I was going to replace my bent (since day one) aluminium plate with a better solution and then mount the heatbed on top and then glass on top of that.
Can I use the thermistor from my stock heatbed?

Yes you can use the existing thermistor, providing you can get it off without any damage to it. They aren't that expensive.
You're going to want one of these:

Also you're going to need a:

The reason being is if you run the power to heat the bed through the board, you run the chance of burning out the existing power supply or the controller board on your printer, maybe even start a fire.
