Topic: Flat sides when printing circles

Hey all, I'm pretty new to the forum. I've done some searching. I've found some results and tried a few solutions but nothing seams to help. I'm using repetier host and slicer. I don't recall the versions. I am getting flat spots on the top and bottom of the circles. I recently moved and packed my SD3 in the original box. When I got to my new place I did some printing but didn't notice anything unusual at first. I'm not sure if the box may have been banged around too much or not.

I'm not sure exactly how to check how many steps the  X Y axis is taking. I know how to adjust the Z axis steps.

Solutions i tried: Cleaning and greasing the rods, re-tensioned the belts the right side belt was way off. The SD had binding issues once in a while. The binding issues are gone now.

I plan on printing the Y stepper belt slop device mentioned in another thread.

I'll attach a pic of my print.
