Topic: Extrusion width on .6mm nozzle

My current setting is .25 in Slic3r settings, and my infill is looking pretty horrendous at lower infills. Anything over 30% infill looks acceptable, but I am currently trying to print at 5% for some toolbox trays. Infill an second to last layers look like my extruder has diarrhea

I understand that the nozzle setting should be .72, which I have set, but I have never played with different sized nozzles.
Thanks for help in advance!

Thanks again....seems with my current heat/speed settings, the sweat spot is somewhere in the middle with the info you gave. You got me closer

Re: Extrusion width on .6mm nozzle

I was just going to text you.  The .6 takes some playing around with to get the results you're looking for I tweak the numbers based on the print job but usually they are close to what I have there.
My wife loves your chocolate wink
