Topic: Slic3r share your Configuration

I have a solidoodle4 and use Slic3r. I was wondering if anyone would be will to export their configuration (one that works good)and share it with me. I am getting ok prints but think they could be better, hopping to look at other configurations and get ideas on what to try and change. I have attached one that I have been using if someone wants to look it over and give suggestions.
Thanks
Chad

Re: Slic3r share your Configuration

Looks to me like your temp it too high.  I run about 200 for extruder, 85 for bed, using ABS.
I use 2 perimeters, 15% infill, 2 tops, 2 bottoms for printing at .3mm.

Re: Slic3r share your Configuration

really depends what your printing so need to include that with presets. I have 24 different presets so far and change or add often to achieve best results on item printed and I do several dif types. some customer orders through  my 3Dhubs.com hub

Solidoodle 2 with Deluxe kit cover & glass bed with heater. and 2nd board SD2 used not 3rd and alum platform not installed yet still wood. also need cooling fan installed to board. use Repetier Host couple vers. Slic3r also have all free ware STL programs

Re: Slic3r share your Configuration

in my experience, different filament need to print with different temperatures. i just figure it out with trial and error.
My white ABS i print at 210, black i print at 200.... bed always at 100.
too low i get bad lamination, too high i get bad curling...
