Return SD4?

I fixed the belts who ever assembled it clamped it down at and angle...So I fixed Axis issues.. It works fine but after say 5 layers it clogs.. I think the tip might be bad...It will be putting down perfect lines then boom nothing...

A little humid.. Running abs at 210-215 tried 195 also same thing.. Using Solidoodle black abs...

Once the filament strips it leaves plastic in the cogs of the drive gear.  You might want to start by using a brush to clean that off first.  You can put your filament in the oven for a while to dry it out for a couple of hours have a search on that to see what temps are working best for people.
Also you could be over extruding causing too much back pressure on the nozzle.  Have you done any of the calibrations for the extrusion side (steps per mm and extrusion multiplier)?

So I took apart the exstruder and the whole inside is melted to the peek insulator piece? So looks like the exstuder is dead!
And a new one is $59.00 and they are out of stock wtf...

I can e-mail you pics if you want.. Don't see an upload button on here... But I popped the barrel and nozzle off the peek insulator and the insulator was melted on the inside.. I can't push filament through it....

When still using my PEEK, I straightened out a section of a coat hanger, heated it up, then plunged it through the clogged area. But stock SD hotend has its flaws.
If you upgrade to an E3D, found Here , it costs $79, is currently in stock, allows you to print more materials than the stock would allow, and is difficult to clog. You seriously have to try to clog the sucker. Since then, I never used a coat hanger.

But if you JUST got your SD4, I recommend clearing the clog then properly calibrating everything. It sucks to be impatient with your new machine, but the results will be night and day. The links wardjr gave should be enough to get you printing properly once said clog is a memory.

Ask yourself what you really want out of your printer.  Then upgrade to an E3d as there are plenty of users here to help.  Do some research and read the WIKI section on the E3d.  It is definitely a project but well worth the effort.  In the long run you will want this upgrade and I'm sure SD will take care of you but your time maybe better spent just taking matters into your own hands. 
As far as comments about toasters and other appliances purchased at Walmart go,  I wonder when the first commercially available toaster became available to the general public?  And the first printers sold to the masses started when? Hardly seems like a fair comparison.
This is rapidly evolving technology but it is a complex machine and requires a certain skill set to be able to operate successfully.  I wouldn't expect to walk into the local machine shop and be able to run their CNC successfully because I'm not a machinist.  In fact I'm sure I would walk away thinking their machine was junk because I couldn't make it work or I'd come to the realization that maybe I didn't know what I was doing.  At that point I could take two different paths.
1. I could learn how to operate the machine.
2. I could become bitter and take every opportunity to bad mouth the machine and the company that manufactured it.
Could SD do things better?  You bet. 
Are they trying to improve?  The last year has proven they are.  Many of the mods that came directly from this forum are showing up on the new models.
To get back to the OP
It sounds like you want to make your printer not only work but work well, how can I help make that happen?

Can't see in the insulator but if you look at the right hand side of the nozzle you will see the melted white plastic... The the entire inside of the insulator is shot..
