Topic: Por fín mi Filastruder en acción (At last my Filastruder in action)

Hola amigos después de varios meses batallando con mi filastruder, ahora esta funcionando bastante bien,
Lo he customizado a mi propio gusto, les voy a dejar unas fotos para que lo conozcan, solo tengo un problema que aun no resuelvo y es que a menudo se me contamin el filamento con pequeñas virutas de metal o polvo del ambiente, pero he estado reciclando todo el material que me sobra de los raf y soportes de los objetos y algunos objetos que no quedaron bien ahora están convertidos en filamento otra ves, y lo que hago es poner un poco de pellets virgen para recuperar la fortaleza del plastico, hasta ahora solo he trabajado con ABS, creo que necesitaré otro filastuder para reciclar el PLA sobrante.
Pueden comentarme su opinión y se los agradeceré.

(Hi friends after several months battling my filastruder now is working pretty well,
I have customized my own taste, I'll let some pictures for you to know, I have only one problem that even I do not figure is that often I contamin the filament with small metal shavings or powder room, but I've been recycling all the material I have left the raf and media objects and some objects that were not well are now converted to strand another look, and what I do is put some virgin pellets to regain strength plastic, so far I've only worked with ABS, I think I'll need another filastuder to recycle leftover PLA.

A melt filter is especially important when recycling, but a good idea when producing filament to be used in a3d printer that has a nozzle 0.5mm or smaller.

Gracias Elmoret, creo que tendre que pedir uno de esos filtros, el problema que para traer cosas a Costa Rica todo sale muy caro por los impuestos, pero voy a ver que hago.

You could try making one first:

You're shooting for a filter of about 250 microns or less. Maybe you can use mechanical pencil lead to check the size:

They come in 0.3mm (300 microns), so if it passes through the screen, the screen is too big.

Una pregunta es posible pedir solo algunas de las partes como el motor, el control, y los cables, pregunto es posible usar un tubo más grueso y una broc a mas gruesa. para montrar un filastruder con mas capacidad.

(A question is only possible to order some of the parts like the engine, control, and cables, wonder is possible to use a thicker tube and a thicker brooch. montrar filastruder for one with more capacity.)

Yes, if you email me through the Filastruder website's contact form I can give prices for individual parts. I am not sure what you mean by "brooch".

To increase the capacity you can run the motor on 15 volts, but you should put a fan on it to keep it cool. You can also try the beta motor, which spins faster.

Ok en este momento no tengo las fotos pero tomaré algunas y las subo después
, el proceso es sencillo pero de paciencia primero corto los sobrantes en pequeños trozos entre 5 y 6 mm con una cortadora de mano  y luego los pongo en una licuadora para hacerlos ma´s pequeños los pedazos más grandes hay que picarlos con la cortadora pero lo que es material de soporte y raf la licuadora los corata facilmente

(Ok En Este Momento no tengo las fotos Pero Tomare algunas y las subo despues
, Con El proceso es sencillo pero de paciencia Primero corto los Sobrantes en pequeños Trozos Entre 5 y 6 mm Con Una cortadora de mano y LUEGO los pongo En Una licuadora párrafo hacerlos ma's pequeños los Pedazos Mas Grandes heno Que picarlos Con La cortadora Pero he aquí Que el material es de Soporte y raf la licuadora los Corata facilment)
