Topic: Infill is not regular

Hi,

I try to print a large object on my SD2 Pro.
The first 20 layers are excellent and the perimeters too. But after 20 layers, the infill deposit is not regular and become messy.

I have attached a picture.

Thank you for your help

Re: Infill is not regular

Sounds like you have a partial clog.
Are you sure the filament and nozzle settings in Slicer are correct?

Or you have some serious moisture in your filament along with your clog.
Summer time is hard on filaments and it seems as though we see a lot of clogging of nozzles this time of year.
Coincidence.... I think not.  Either way clean out that nozzle as best you can and try and dry your filament.

Re: Infill is not regular

Hi thanks for your help.

What should be the correct setting in Slic3r? I use the 0.1mm default setting

Re: Infill is not regular

Start out with .3 settings once you have that mastered migrate to .1 if you feel the need.
As far as settings go what have you done as far as calibrations go.  That should be your first priority.
