Topic: Extruder Hot End's Repair Help

I have 2 hot ends, after a lot of trouble, one has a broken wire ( its the wire that's super glued on the extruder nozzle not the soldered wire connected to the thermistor), the other has a burnt/char clog that I cant clear but is good to go otherwise. I cannot get either to print and i was hoping someone on the forum might be able to fix em up. i have my printer running with a new extruder but want to fix up the others.

I cannot remove the PEEK from the threaded brass to clear the clog and do not want to break the peek barrel, i have heard of using a torch to heat it up and stuff but i do not want to mess with all that.

the other extruder needs the blue wire of the thermostat re-glued or re-soldered back on the the hot end ( this hot end still works fine but cant read the temp so i cant heat it up ) , I also destroyed the acrylic 

please let me know if you can help, I would be happy to compensate for any work done

My best advice would be to visit filastruder.com and order an E3d if you get the v5 you can also buy an MK-5 to replace your acrylic.  If you go with a v6 you'll need to find someone that can print the revised MK-5.

i forgot to mention i really only wanted to avoid the e3d. i dont feel like making the mod to my machine. im having enough trouble getting the factory machine to do what i want let alone going further from factory and expecting even better results. is their a way of just fixing these since i already have 3, i dont want to get a 4 extruder.

There are probably many users capable of taking three bad stock hot ends and making one useable one.  I don't know how long you've had your printer but three hot ends since then doesn't sound that good.  I can assure you better results from an all metal hot end.  I have been running my original E3d for over a year.  Never a clog or any other problem from day one.
I can appreciate that some people aren't comfortable with straying from stock.  That being said the stock hot end is (my opinion) garbage.  The acrylic jigsaw assembly... Also garbage.  Everything I am stating is well documented here on the forum.  Should you change your mind about upgrading there are many users here that are more than willing to coach you through the process.  Otherwise you are going to be replacing hot ends perpetually.

one of the three is working no problems, another i had jammed the extruder in to the printed object with faulty gcode, destroying the superglued? wire that takes the temp and allows me to use it. other wise the second one works perfect. and the last one has a char clog and the broken jigsaw. Im just wonder if some can clear the clog and reconnect the the other wire on the extruder.

If nothing else I have helped generate activity for this thread.  So far no one else has chimed in to offer assistance.  I have been where you are and I know it is frustrating.  I wish I could help but apart from complete disassembly there is no good way to clean a chared clog.  As far as broken wires to the heat cartridge... It really depends  on how close the break is to the resistor.

If the broken wire is on the thermistor that could be swapped out from one of your other hot ends.  I don't know what you mean by superglued?
