Topic: Slic3r not working?

Hello,
So I have been playing around with different slic3r settings but noticed that no matter what I change, it seems to not shot up after slicing. I do save the settings before closing the configure. Again, I do save it. So when I go back to configure, all my settings are still there and everything.

I tried to make a brim and supports but after running slicer, it looks the same and when I print, my settings seems to not have been added. maybe i need to uninstall Repetier-host and reinstall?

Anyone else have this problem?

Make sure you select the saved profile in R-H before you slice it.

Make sure you've got "show filament" toggled on.
Its at the top in Repetier next toggle log and kill print.

Yes my saved settings is selected at the drop down in slic3r config window.

Yes, my show filament is on (doesnt have the slash through it)

Should I take some screen shots? maybe im doing something wrong, I am new to this after all.

Ok so i figured out what was wrong. I thought I was selecting my saved settings in the drop down menu, but I wasnt. silly mistake. So thank you for the help!
