Topic: temperature extruder 357.50°- error M999

Hi there,
I've got a solidoodle machine 3th generation. The problem is: the temperature of the extruder before starting the work is 357.50°, and of course the machine shows: "Printer stopped due to errors. Fix the errors and use M999 to restart (temperature is reset. Set it after restarting)". I've read that I should check the voltage of the two wires, and eventually change one of those, is it correct? What should I do? There is a faster way to fix the problem? Thank you in advance,
Regards

I doubt the standard SD3 hot end can reach 300°, regardless of the input voltage.  It would probably self destruct by the time it reached that temperature.

Most likely you have a bad thermistor, or the thermistor wires are shorted, it's something on that end.

To print or, 3D print, that is the question...
