Topic: Z axis offset

does anybody know how to set a z axis offset... for some reason my extruder nozzle is lower than what it should be and the build plate is hitting the nozzle.. this happened after i cleaned nozzle of a horrible clog... i do not feel like screwing and unscrewing this nozzle to meet the default height.  im using solidoodle 2 with repetier host (the newest version)

Re: Z axis offset

You will have to adjust the ztab

Re: Z axis offset

You can manually adjust the Z offset screw that's located towards the back of the machine. Or in Slic3r you can change the Z offset in the general category under the "printer settings" tab.
