Hello, i'm new, I print my first object and i try calibrate the 3d printer Solidoodle 2 Pro.
But the objects are not very beautiful. It's strange Because the last layers are not melted.
I calibrate only Z Axis with a black screw.
Can you help?
How i can improve my new 3d printer?
The object is: thingiverse.com/thing:31436
I attachment  the result (left 0.3mm right 0.1mm).

It looks like you could use some calibration.  Start here http://www.soliwiki.com/#Calibrations

Printit Industries Model 8.10 fully enclosed CoreXY, Chamber heat
3-SD3's & a Workbench all fully enclosed, RH-Slic3r Win7pro, E3D V6, Volcano & Cyclops Hot End
SSR/500W AC Heated Glass Bed, Linear bearings on SS rods. Direct Drive Y-axis, BulldogXL
Thanks to all for your contributions

Hello I do a Flow Rate Calibration, but i can't do a cube with slic3r.
"Pick something like a cube, and slice it with settings for one perimeter, 2 solid layers and 0 fill."
How i can do it ?

Re: Hello, i'm new, you can help me ?

When you open RH (Repetier), click on the slicer tab. The same one you would normally click to start the slicing. Underneath the "Slice with..." button, click configure. This will open a new window for configuring Slic3r/Skeinforge. If you are using Slic3r, the tab under File entitled "Print Settings" is where you want to be.

On the left side of the Slic3r window, you will see "Layers And Perimeters". This is where you will adjust resolution as well as perimeters and solid layers and whatnot.
On that same left hand column, you will see infill. Set that to zero to print the calibration cube.

Then, near the top, you will see a disk icon near the name of the Slic3r profile you are editing. It would be wise to save this as a Calibration profile, as you don't want to use these settings for something like printing upgrades or replacement parts. Click save then slice.

Printit Mason and Printit Horizon printers
Multiple SD2s- Bulldog XL, E3D v5/v6/Lite6, Volcano, Hobb Goblin, Titan, .9 motor, Lawsy carriages, direct Y drive, fishing line...the list goes on
Filawinder and Filastruder #1870.....worth every penny!
