I have played around with the belt tensions a lot.
Done the Y-Axis alignment
Calibrated steps/mm for x and y axis.

Also, the distance between the outer and inner diameter is 0.15mm too big

To answer your question... you can make your circles better.  It depends on how much your willing to mod.  Pillow blocks with bearings helps a ton with circles. http://www.soliforum.com/topic/4824/how … -for-ever/
Also replacing the bushings on the y-axis drive rod with bearings helps.  In the mean time you might lube those bushings.  The other thing that most users fail to check is play in the extruder carriage.  The SD just has those Teflon blocks on the rear rod and if they are loose that can mess with your circle dimensions.
